We ended on a good note today as we completed our first week of back-to-school! We had our Positive Behavior (PBIS) Peace Assembly. Please ask your student what we discussed, what questions the kids asked, and about our school song for the year. We have replaced classroom rules for Peace Agreements. Ask them to tell you something that is on their class peace agreement. Finally, quiz them to see if they remember this week's Affirmation that we stated on announcements everyday: Everything is possible because of the greatness in me! Dismissal Reminders: All students should have a tag on their booksack that shows how they are dismissed. If you child does not have one the teacher will get it on them Monday. If you need a car rearview mirror sign, let the teacher know. Carpool enters as on this map shown below. Walkers: these students should truly be WALKING. Those waiting for parents/guardians to pick them up from walkers area will be sent to carpool if not picked up within 15 minutes of dismissal. Bus Riders: You can see the time your child's bus left on the bus photo on this website "School Bus Daily Dismissal Updates". Before and After-Care: Use of this service must have sign-up and payment prior to starting. It is not a drop-in service. Before-care begins at 7am. Afterschool-care ends at 5:00pm.
